Effective April 20, 2005
The Southern Nash Music Boosters were
accepted as a public non-profit organization by the IRS under section 501(c)(3).
To this effect, we are now required to make our annual information return, Form
990, available for public inspection for three years after the later of the due
date of the return, or the date the return is filed. We are also required
to make available for public inspection our exemption application, any
supporting documents, and exemption letter. Copies of these documents can
be obtain in person or by written request. Include a check or money order for $5.00
(handling fee and postage) and the specific documents you would
